Flight School challenge
Fresh out of the AcroYoga laboratories are two new innovations. Jason has been working on the Table of AcroYoga elements for over 2 years. This is an attempt to use the periodic chart from chemistry to capture and express the most valuable poses in AcroYoga. There are 28 poses called the elements of flight, they are all the AcroYoga flying poses. Flight school is a progressive flow of 35 different washing machines and transitions that go from the easiest pose; Front Plank to the hardest; reverse hand to hand. There is no way in less than 2 hours we can do the whole sequence but we will break down tips and tricks to upgrade the way you and your partner flow. We will offer different prizes to three different couples. You must have many years of AcroYoga experience for this class to be fun. Please come with a partner and already know how to do, ninja star, barrel roll and 4 step.
